“I was skeptic and had a lot of questions about switching over to solar. It sounded too good to be true with no money down and I did some research. Well, talk to these guys for sure! They were able to answer all of my questions in detail. Explained to me why going solar was beneficial for me and my family, and were overall very patient with my many questions and skeptic approach. I appreciate them for getting my system installed in less than three weeks. Overall, the whole experience was a breeze and now all I pay to NV Energy is the $12.50 service fee. “I was on the fence about switching to solar panels simply because the process seemed intimidating especially with an HOA, but Lucas and Carissa at Solaire made the process so easy. They pretty much handled the bulk of everything. I’m also glad we switched because we’re saving more than what we were paying for power with NV Energy. “This company hired my son to do a door to door job and NEVER PAID HIM. They hire young kids and put them in areas of town that are not safe and then do not pay them. It will be a year in July. I reached out to Brook that does the hiring and she said I was rude to her “over a measly paycheck” so she will not talk to me. I tried contacting Veem who she said had his money but Veem will not release it they said it’s in his “Veem” wallet. Both companies are blaming each other but no one will help. “We did our research and interviewed several companies before selecting the solar company to complete our installation. Solaire came out tops in every aspect. They were upfront about the costs and rebates and actually ahead of the timeline discussed! Carissa and Lana were amazing representatives for their company and ALWAYS returned phone calls and emails. They kept us completely up to date and, if they didn’t know an answer, they did their research and got us the needed information. The installation itself was surprisingly quick and went smoothly. “2 years and thousands in lost credits later, we’re still waiting on the carport we signed for and now no one at the company exists or can call me back. Tried calling Palmetto, they had no information available and never called me back. We paid to have trees installed because Solaire told us we had to in order to get the permit. Permit still pending. “Not a good experience working with this company. Hands down my worst job. You’ll end up paying them and struggling. Their accounting is AWFUL at best. Save yourself the headache: Walmart is a better career. So is McDonald’s. At least you’ll learn something, get paid accurately, and have stock options. With Solaire all you’ll have is stress of wondering why you SHOULD get paid $2k but you get $200 or $0. Cancels? Fair. But take ALL the money at once? How do the employees survive?!? So? “I called solar Appliance repair on March 7 2025 to schedule a service call to fix my refrigerator that quit working. I had to pay a service charge of $180.95 before them coming out. So the service man comes out and wasnt even here 10 minutes. To my knowledge He didnt even pull the Refrigerator out from the wall. he tells me that compressor went bad and it would cost me $1800 to repair it. So instead of getting it repaired I went that night and purchased a new one that was to be delivered on March 14, 2025. I did not unplug my refrigerator that was not working and on March 11, 2025 it started working. So now I paid solar $180.95 for nothing because I still dont know what was wrong with it and apparently The technician didnt either.If I wouldve had them do the repairs that the technician recommended I wouldve spent $1800 for nothing.If I wouldnt have left it plugged in, I wouldve spent $2400 for a refrigerator that I didnt need. solar needs to refund my $180.95 Service fee. “I requested a service call to repair the door on microwave which would not latch. It seemed like the spring had come loose. The technician could not fix it but tried to use a rubber band to see if it would work. Since this was not feasible (and probably not safe), the only option he offered was to replace the door. Both he and I agreed it was not worth the price. So he left without being able to repair the door. After he left, I checked ******* and found several videos. I was able to repair the door myself, which involved rehooking the spring(note: Im over 70 years old). I called to complain. I was treated courteously but not offered any solutions. “This comment from a real customer, this company hired a 3rd party company to install my bird netting to saved them a buck, after a year the bird netting failed because it was installed poorly and bird can still go under the netting and started nesting under my solar. I called Solar Solaire office but they keep telling me that their supervisor Richard will call me back ( he’ll never call back) I been calling their office every other day for follow up but the receptionist keep telling me that Richard is informed and he will call me back pretty soon. Also email Carrisa, she too not responding. Just their excuse not to deal with your problem. After they got their commission pretty much you are own your own.. “I am an actual customer and I am telling you to RUN!! We have had nothing but problems since day 1 and getting any resolution is impossible. After multiple weekly calls, Carrisa does not call back. Jake does not call back. They leave their poor receptionist to deal with my (almost daily) upset phone calls. When we were solicited, we were told that our electric bill would NEVER be over $12.50/mo and that is a LIE! We’ve had 3 out of 13 bills close to that amount but some were close/over $200!! That is a far cry from $12.50. Once you add the solar bill, our Bill is actually MORE than it would be, particularly in the winter. There are only 2 people that live here. Our heat is on gas so not even electric. We do not have a Tesla or any other huge electricity drain. (Although we were originally told we could charge a Tesla and still be within the usage for $12.50) I cannot get answers, heck, I can’t even get a call back!
