“We got quotes from multiple companies and met with multiple representatives. Jason from Solar Advantage was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and I never felt like I was being tricked or coerced. Some of the other reps from other companies tried really hard to win us over with fake sounding flattery. “I should have read the review more carefully before deciding on using Solar Advantage. First, they were not careful enough to learn about our local utility company’s requirements and they have to redo many works, resulting a few months of no production after installation. The rep verbally agreed on compensating the loss but disappeared. Next, the actually solar production is way below the estimate they designed (getting ~5MWh vs the estimated 12Mwh). The system has been installed over a year now and the saving is not enough to justify the investment. I’m extremely disappointed with my whole experience. “They do not follow through with their contract. I have solar panels sitting in my driveway. They are liars and and thieves. They dont answer their phone. They take your money and run. I have some of my solar panels that are broken. I have a total of 30 solar panels sitting in my driveway. I paid cash for my solar panels. “Solar installation went fine. Tried to get a faulty panel replaced. Neither the installer nor LG is remotely interested in helping. Been after them both for a year and a half and always get blown off. I even went up and got the panel down to inspect it and get pictures.
