Early on there were many questions about timelines, pricing, power load and adjustments, and every interaction I have had has been extremely thoughtful, and with great attention to our innumerable concerns. On site during the installation the team was incredibly tidy, regularly showing concern for leaving any mess including dirt or lawn debris that may have already been in our garage. I came back to find Jesse and Kyle sweeping out our garage which was above and beyond.Each individual offered additional time and insights if there were any questions and were genuinely helpful and made themselves available even during some odd hours. “My wife and I are looking at purchasing a house that had solar panels on the roof, but they were not working. I called Jesse and he sent someone out and got them working for us. So they said. They said they would look at them for free as long as we have them a 5 Star review on Google. We moved in and got first electric bill and they are not working at all. Power company came out and looked at them and verifyed they are not working.
