“We recently had Solar Pro Energy install solar on our home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They came highly recommended in our community, and we quickly saw why. Unlike other installers we contacted, they actually took the time to visit our home in person and work with the challenges of our hybrid flat and slanted roof. They were extremely accommodating with our summer travel schedule, and found the ideal time to have the installation done without affecting our plans. Throughout the process, they were punctual, hardworking, and handled all of the necessary approvals for San Francisco, which gave us real peace of mind. Steve and the team were outstanding–patient, responsive, and clear in their explanations of the system. They installed 22 panels with microinverters, plus a Franklin battery and Enphase monitoring, and everything has been working smoothly since day one. The best proof came just a week later, when a full-day neighborhood power outage didn’t affect us at all–we had seamless backup power the entire time.
