“After careful research and inquiry of other solar companies, we chose Solar Solutions as the provider for the solar system on our home. We discovered that other solar companies who claim to sell only US made products actually sold products that are inferior to Solar Solutions and their price was much higher. We contacted professionals in the solar department at our local power provider to discover that they too utilized Solar Solutions for the solar system on their own home. What more proof do you need than that? Seems like we do not need to try and recreate the wheel, just learn from the folks who already have. Big thanks to both Micah and James from Solar Solutions. Their presentation is no pressure, informative, and to the point. They are truly professionals. Both know their products and Solar. One other company who visited our home told us we would get an additional rebate if we signed the agreement that night. Their price was $18,000 higher than Solar Solutions and we would receive a $2,700 rebate. Do not fall for this sales tactic!!! Solar Solutions will not do this to you. They give you their best price right up front and allow you time to make a decision of Solar is right for you. Solar Solutions is a great company to do business with. “I was on the search to adding solar on our home for around 3 years. I’ve spoken with several other companies in the Springfield, mo area and was not impressed with the pricing, there attitudes or the business ethics. letalone the lack of knowledge on the equipment. Jerry in Ozark with (solar solutions), was very patient with me on answering all of my questions. I spoke with him about 3 different times “”face to face””, for several hours each time. In the conversations I met the team members Tim, Chase & the admin assistant in the office. These people are the real deal! No hidden B.S., or trying to minpulate numbers trying to get me to buy what they where selling!! They layed the facts out there & said you choose. After I chose to install solar literally all I did was 3 or 4 signatures and bam! I had solar on my roof next week! (not 90 days+) They made my home more efficient by added 8 bags of insulation in my attic, added a nest thermostat, put up 29 panels with the inverter & a shut off to the grid in about 10-12 hours! Other company’s Installs in our area that I’ve seen have a much less appealing install. They have 2 inverters, 2 shut off switches and 2 meters (so much clutter). The panels from other companies are also installed horizontal and vertical on the roofs, not mine! They look better when all done one way or the other! P.S. there is a 30 day install guarantee with solar solutions or they pay your electric bill. PLUS, I have a 25 year guarantee on all equipment and my roof if it leaks where they penetrated It! Although it took three months to get from start to finish, The weather wasn’t the greatest and short days didn’t help.Everyone on you crew was very nice to us and very professional. The first crew was here ten hours installing the panels, they had to finish in the dark. The second crew was here 6 hours.Very nice men. The third crew finished the project, again two nice men. “If I could give 0 stars, I would. I never take ranting reviews seriously, but good people… please hear me and beware! I had a deal signed with them for solar panels on my house. Due to us being unable to obtain financing through their 3rd party lender, the contract was terminated. A few weeks later, I get a call from their LAWYER stating that I owe the company $15,000 for breaking the contract, which I did not break! I would stay as far away from this company as possible. “Avoid these scammers. Had them put in a system for my home. Nothing but problems through the entire process. They managed to complete it in 2018. Hoped I would never have to contact them again but unfortunately my system is no longer producing as it should and when I reached out to them for service they made up a story that I still owed them money, which my system is fully paid off, and that because of this my warranty was null and void. They have no proof of me owing them this money. They say the rebate check I received was supposed to be paid to them. The check came in my name and my electric company informed me that it was my rebate to keep. I’ve asked for documentation where I agreed to give them that money and they have nothing. Now I’m stuck with a $25000 solar system that doesn’t even do what it is supposed to, and they refuse to stand by their work and product. Horrible company with even worse service.
