We have called many times, they have sent 2 technicians that both said the same thing, the panel was bad and needed changing.The company said they needed to get the warranty for them but nothing has happened. No call back with updates or anything, every time we call they say the same thing, “”they are waiting”” and they “”put a note in the system””.Today I am now 2 panels fully down and 2 getting very low charge, still nothing new from them, just the run around as always.I keep having to pay my loan for those panels monthly and on top of that now paying way more to duke energy to make up for those panels. “We went through getting permits and had the install scheduled for Thursday. On Wednesday they came out and inspected our roof. There were issues with the roof. No body contacted us to let us know. We waited all morning for our install. I finally called and was told, we are not getting the install done and our sales rep will contact us. I am still waitng for the contact from him.
