What Do Customers Say About the Solar Symphony?

energysage.com

Positive reviews:

“If you are in the market to purchase Solar, look no further. This team is simply the best! I had two other quotes from very popular solar companies and nothing compares to their price, quality, customer service and value. They have been in business a very long time, and they care about what they do and their customers. I would highly recommend you give them a try. I am very, VERY happy!” – pauljparente ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 26, 2023

“We inherited a solar system on a home we recently purchased. During escrow, the system faulted and no longer produced any power by the time we took occupancy. Suffice it to say, conversations were extremely difficult to coordinate among our home seller, real estate agents, the solar installer, the solar manufacturer, the battery installer, and the battery manufacturer. Enter Mike Curtis of Solar Symphony who took the time to not only educate me on solar power systems but also organized the conversations among the previously mentioned parties resulting in the work I needed to be covered by warranty and completed quickly by capable technician. Many thanks to Mike and everyone on the Solar Symphony team!” – alexa.kruthers ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 24, 2021

Negative reviews:

“Solar Symphony installed my solar system in June 2023. I paid cash for the system, and made payments to Solar Symphony exactly when they asked for them. My system incudes the Enphase monitoring app that recently began showing an error message that included contacting Solar Symphony for help. I first contacted them on May 23, and have contacted them 8 times since because although the “Customer Service Manager” said he would get back to me about setting up a Tech to come onsite and diagnose the problem, he never did so. I hired someone to diagnose the issue myself (although all diagnostics and repairs are supposed to be covered in my contract) and found out that when Solar Symphony installed my system, they comingled a line from the Solar Panels (production) with Consumption lines, so my consumption is reading way too high. I’m of course very sorry I ever chose this contractor to install my system – they have good reviews for installation, but poor service reviews, so make sure you check both for every company you are considering to install your sytem.” – sheller2410 ⭐☆☆☆☆ June 12, 2025

“Solar Symphony is the worst solar company to work with. They sold us a system in 2021 with battery backup through a recommendation from Southern California Edison and when the company who made the App to monitor and control the system went bankrupt, Solar Symphony found no solution to fix the situation. We now have a solar system with no way to control the battery backup, (10K extra and isn’t working) monitoring the system, or change the settings on the system. Solar Symphony has completely washed their hands from the problem with no solutions after leading us on for the last year with a supposedly fix. I would not recommend them for any solar solutions to your house. Buyer beware of this company” – 951mdelano ⭐☆☆☆☆ June 8, 2025

“IMO character of a business in service industry is most important when there are exceptions or things are not going as expected/planned. Working with Solar Symphony has been an amazing experience from start to end. They assigned a professional to take you through every step and they were always on or ahead of schedule. We worked with Rachel, and she was always quick to respond and even during holidays. There is never a push for payment. Prices are very competitive and quality is awesome. We are very happy with Solar Symphony.” – Raj ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 6, 2020

Positive reviews:

“Solar Symphony has a great representative name Fady. He was detailed and goal oriented every step of the way. He made sure I received a Tesla 3 battery for my solar panels. I am saving energy to my own battery!!!” – Marvin Stancil ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 2026

“Fadi and fernado, best people, super professional, they know how to speak, and know how to use there words. They have helped us to get information in order to get solar panels, they helped us and gave us super simple and easy step by steps. This Company is Great!” – Angel Flores ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 2026

Negative reviews:

“Beware. They are ok, until your roof leaks. I have a roof leak due to a broken tile under the panel bracket. It’s been weeks, and they keep on promising that someone will call me and despite repeated calls and follow-ups, nobody did. Since then, it rained hard, so I have a lot of watermarks on my ceiling.” – Bert Terce ⭐☆☆☆☆ January 2026

“If I could give less than 1 star I would. The “Sales” side of this company does pretty well, but you really need to understand your contract and check their work with an outside solar expert. Our system was installed in 2019 and the 1st year went well. Every year after that has been disastrous. Improper kW inverters installed, panels not at pitch the contract indicates, which ALL causes problems with the inverters and productions level. Extremely unsatisfactory Customer Service.” – Margaret Barone ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2023
