I have experience with solar since I had installed 450kwh system on my plant. They get high mark for installation. However, the support is getting a bad review because Soleeva doesn’t seem to be interested in supporting their customers. I am willing to pay for the replacement of the broken panel, but they have not come out to replace and they knew about this over 6 months ago. My Solar power is still not turned on. “Since they failed PGE inspection. They had to come back. Of course, since they want to get paid, they called me promptly. We set up a time with a 4 hr. window. I waited, no call, no show. Every year, I have a True-Up bill from PG&E for more than $500 dollars because the solar system does not generate enough electricity as intended. This is unacceptable. “This is my second time with Soleeva. The first time was smooth and I was up and running within two months. Then, our consumption went up so I went for a second one to enhance the capacity. They weren’t able to add panels with the existing system so they installed a second, full independent system in parallel. This time is sort of terrible, though. They installed solar back in May of 2023 and it is still not switched on. The install itself had multiple issues and they had to come back many times. Then, they couldn’t get the PG&E permit to operate in time and the employee left and didn’t know. I told them my bill is still the same and I found out they never got the permission. They forgot about me. But to their credit, once they realized that they had made a mistake, they took responsibility.
