“This company was hired by Kin Home LLC as a subcontractor. The first team they sent over had no experience with metal roofs. Soligo took part of the roof so they could do a second install. The original underlayment had holes from all the fasteners being removed. They put the metal roof on without patching the holes or laying new underlayment. Project manager told us the underlayment will seal itself. When we finally were given the info on what underlayment was used, they were to patch the holes. The metal roof they installed is incorrect and looks so bad it is embarrassing. “We have multiple signs that clearly say, ‘No soliciting.’ But still had one of your salesman ring our doorbell and woke us up. He introduced himself and even told me he was with the company, Soligo, while pointing at his shirt logo (see picture). He started asking me if my current solar panels are working, what company did we go with and how long ago did we have them installed. I told him straight out, ‘We have signs that say no soliciting.’ He quickly said, ‘Oh I’m not soliciting.’ and then he changed the subject and started asking about our Halloween decorations. He then left our home. The video and conversation was recorded. Instead of apologizing, I felt like he insulted my intelligence by acting as if was just wanting to have a random conversation. He told us to meet him out front to fight. Scary!! Told him we were calling the police, he said go ahead. Called us lovers for being renters. “They came into my house convinced me that all I needed was 15 solar panels. And that I would be fine, never told me about the hookup. Monthly hookup fee and then, when another solar company came by and told me, I needed 32 panels, instead of 15I decided to stop it. “Very bad experience with this company, they Do not have technical support, I mean is zero! My inverter stopped working around 4 months ago, and they never sent me a new one , I have been spoken with different people, and nothing has happened, I feel they forgot about me, but still they keep withdrawing money for the payments , they sent me a check that covered 2 months of services, but has been 4 !
