“My air conditioner went down Tuesday morning, not cooling. I phoned Southern Coast. I was afraid they may not amuse me, but they arrived the same afternoon. The technician was right on time and I truly appreciated that. He explained the capacitor was damaged and showed me a photo of what had happened before giving me a quotation. The pricing was fair. “Chris was very knowledgeable and flexible with my electric setup. He’s been doing this for 20 years and it shows. He was very accomodating in helping with the electric work on my house in a way that didn’t feel like he was pushing services on me. My Tesla was showing me warnings of my charger overheating and he came in diagnosed the issue and offered a simple solution that did not cost me an arm and a leg. Easily other companies have offered to fix the issue but they wanted to replace everything which would have cost me thousands of dollars but Chris was very honest about what could be fixed without having to replace everything. I really appreciated this and shows that this technician and probably the overall company has very good integrity in offering their services. Chris also inspected everything in my home and gave recommendations on updating things like outlets etc.. that could be improved and be brought up to code. Again he did it in a way that was acommodating to me and did not feel like pushy to buy anything from them.I feel like he went above and beyond in spending time to look at everything in detail specifically for a custom setup in our backyard that the previous home owners had installed that was unsafe! he was able to make that safe for us at no extra cost and I really appreciated that because any other company would have found a way to charge us hundreds of dollars for the simple fix of doing this. overall great experience and knowledgeable electrical technician.I will be using them for plumbing also!” – Jue Allie Bian ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 2026

“Highly recommend them. We had a nasty clog in the main drain that was making the whole house smell, but the technician from Southern Coast Services cleared it out in no time. He was very thorough and made sure all the pipes were flowing perfectly before he packed up his gear. It was such a relief to finally have the water draining like it should without any more pooling. “They gave me the earliest window. They had me down 8 to 11. I took off work in the am . It kept being pushed back later and later, that I had to take off the entire day . I finally said to the girl to give me an estimate on the part a garbage disposal of what a replacement cost , they couldn’t . This is odd because I got a response from 3 other companies immediately what parts and labor would cost, they are just horrible . Scammy and their customer service sucks . I would never recommend them to anybody. The least they could have done for moving my appointment hours and hours later and inconveniencing me, was waive the fee but they did not care. Millions of other companies with better, transparent pricing and more prompt time frame for service . Horrible experience… never again! I had a guy come within an hour of me contacting him , and probably charge me half of what they would have . Everything is back and working. But what a headache this company is !!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible. Nobody knows anything ; technician s running behind well how much behind I don’t know, how much is the part I don’t know , what do you know !? “This is a terribly overpriced company. Read the 1 star reviews and be diligent with them. I had an ac and outside electrical box that I let these guys con me into replacing because they said it was old and the cause of my issues. Total for both was 15k which I learned later was terribly overpriced and all I had to do in the old units was replace a breaker. These guys are trained to waste your time and upsell services.
