I called Spring Solar and the owner came to my house, fixed my problem, hooked me up with an app so I can see my voltage etc and was absolutely fantastic to work with. I asked for my bill and he said he did it for free. For FREE. All he asks is that I leave a good review. This squeezes my heart and I tear up. “This company is sending reps door-to-door in Draper, ignoring clearly posted “No Soliciting” signs — which is illegal under Draper city ordinance. The Spring Solar rep who came to my door today acted like he was from the utility company or working with the city, and only admitted he was from Spring Solar after I pressed him multiple times. That kind of misleading behavior is a huge red flag.
