“Had a GM Home Energy System along with a Level 2 EV Charger installed . The experience was seamless from start to finish. They finished the job one day early because of the Christmas season and our desire to have everything installed before the end of the year for tax incentives that expired January 1st. Todd came out and gathered all the details 4 hours after our first interaction. Caleb did a quality job from start to finish. He stayed late for us in order to get the job done. Explained everything and cleaned up before he left. Price was a little higher than I anticipated but when they walked out the door we knew we had a high quality product and installation. “Dcc 10 direct electric line was installed at my house by State Electric for my EUV. 1.5 years later the box blew and the warranty only lasts a year. Any costs I saved on gas for this time period got paid to SE for shotty work. Response to owners feedback. Your company connected the charger box to an electric box that was already close to capacity. Instead of warning me as a non electrician that I may require a bigger electrical box, your company installed it to the inadequate box without its own breaker blowing the whole damn thing.
