“I live in a small HOA community with extreme financial problems.Keith from state roofing honored an estimate that was over 3 to 4 years old. State roofing was extremely professional, giving us update on every step. Unfortunately, our roof had extreme termite and dry rot damage. We went over budget. Keith from state roofing went above and beyond and gave us $45,000 credit with 0% interest. Who does that nowadays he could’ve easily charged us over 10% or not giving us the loan at all. “This company will charge you for them to come out and look on your roof. I called them and it took them 3 weeks to come out. Then they took pictures and this guy Sergio ask me if I want them to take the broken tiles and I thought he was being nice so i said yes he didn’t tell me the company will charge me for that. When i got the invoice there was a $480 charge for them to come out and take pictures and for the broken tiles. Called Chip Upshaw and ask him if the $480 is included on the $3800 roof repair and he said no and he said they don’t work for free. So I called another roof guys( two brothers roofing co) they came and look and there was no charge to come out and look and they’re $1400 cheaper. If you need roof repair call 2 brothers roofing co. “This was one of the worse experiences I ever had with dealing with a service vendor. We had State Roofing System come out to our property to give us an assessment for a roof repair for our company. Once they give you a mediocre estimate proposal that needs a lot of work, they don’t even bother to communicate with you. We have contacted them numerous and numerous times about the project, they never call you back and not even a response after weeks waiting. So we decided to go with someone else. State Roofing Systems needs to improve their customer service and how they communicate with their customers. It only takes a few seconds to get back to people. “This is not about their work, but their employees’ reckless driving of company vehicles. Last Friday, 09/29/2023 at 6:40, as I was driving on Bernal, toward the 680N freeway entrance, I encountered this company’s truck, second Friday in a row, driving horribly. Not only did the driver tail date multiple people, he (I believe it was a man) changed lanes multiple times with no blinker, cut people off, and exceeded the speed limit. This poor driving continued on the freeway, and I eventually lost sight of the truck. The license plate ended with 472, I believe. I hope to never encounter this again.
