We choose Sun Path Electric for serval reasons: 1) The proposed solar panels to be installed have been reviewed by independent 3rd party reviewers, and we learned the proposed panels to be installed were at the top of the industry; 2) neighbor’s who used Sun Path only had positive to glowing comments about the company from sale through installation and all follow up questions and support; 3) the cost of installation was best in class (by a significant margin); 4) they answered every question we had and invited us to ask further questions if we had them–the company was open, transparent, and forthright. Having selected Sun Path, the installation was on schedule, efficient and the crew was a professional and a delight to have on site. “I cannot contest to this companies work.I called them in early December 2022 to see about getting solar panels before the end of the year. Big order, I understand.The woman I spoke with told me they were unable to assist, that they’d been booked for the last 6 months, and making the sale was not going to get me the tax return I sought.I thanked her for her time, but she interrupted me to say that she knows all the businesses in the area that do this work and there is literally no hope in getting them installed before the end of the year. I asked her to keep her can’t do attitude to herself and hung up.I then called Solgen Power and signed the docs the same day. The inspection happened 2 days later and the panels were mounted on the roof about 10 days after that.
