If you need your panels back up and running call Sun Services and they will send a Specialist out to your house. Mark was great in giving us honest explanations of what the pricing for a cleaning entailed, as well as the welcome addition of transferring system monitoring to them. Considering the level of dis-service our original installer had, Sun Service came through with professional & compassionate customer service. “I wish I had the great experiences like I read about, but so far mine has not been good at all.I have a PV system that doesn’t appear to be working. After paying for a “truck roll” and a schedule a few weeks later, a polite young man came out and took pictures. He knew nothing about the system and had no knowledge of the part I had told them beforehand was not working.I have heard nothing else since. “CEO is selectively involved – not involved in day to day operations, but makes overarching decisions that don’t make sense, making operations incredibly inefficient. Any questioning of said decisions is considered “disrespectful”. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and left to deal with frustrating client situations that are the result of CEO decisions. Priorities change on a daily basis, but even asking clarifying questions about the changing priorities can again be taken as “disrespectful”. Workers are consistently made to do work outside of their scope for no extra pay, promised bonuses aren’t followed through on, and doing personal tasks for CEO is considered normal. “A recent storm resulted in a tree falling on a portion of our solar panels, causing significant damage. RenueEnergy/Sun Services was quick to respond and worked with us as we went through the process of finding a contractor to repair the roof damage, and once that was achieved, Noel worked to get us scheduled for the necessary uninstall and reinstall of four new panels (fortunately we were still under warranty).
