“Sunbright Solar recently installed solar on my house. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire process. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When discussing how I could add solar to my home they presented me with several options. From the standard roof system to a system that incorporates a shade structure. I ended up choosing the standard roof system because it was the option that would work better for what I needed. The design process was efficient as was the installation. We chose to purchase a rather large system for my house (22 Panasonic panels) and our electric bill is now zero every month, with a credit on our TEP account steadily growing! We haven’t had a single issue since they were installed, and would highly recommend them over any other company if you are looking for new panels. As soon as Zillow discovered we have panels on our roof, their estimate of our home’s value increased by more than the total amount we paid for our panels! So they are a great value as well, and a win-win/no-brainer investment in any Arizona home. Their SolarEdge app is great for keeping track of the panels efficiency as well. “In March 2022 I invited 6 companies to bid my 8KW rooftop solar system. SunbrightSolarAZ.com responded with a very knowledgeable sales rep and gave me a competitive proposal and lead time. I asked for references and visited a couple of customer’s installations. The owners were very enthusiastic about their Sunbright experience, product quality and system performance. 10 weeks after contract signing my system is on the grid and cranking out the specified watts. Sunbright beat their original schedule by 4 weeks! Great attention to detail and expert installation leads me to highly recommend them for your rooftop solar project. I call the original installer to help me. after 3 weeks of being jerked around, I looked under Solaredge for preferred installers, and luckily found Sunbright Solar. “Complete solar install and went live on 7/26/18. Very good experience with this company. Dan is a good salesman and head of company. Adrienne managed our project and when all was said and done we were pleased. Their installation crew was simply the best! Arrived on time, and stayed late to complete (almost unheard of these days especialy on a roof in the hot summer). We did have a very minor issue and Adrienne responded very quickly and crew was out in 30 minutes. The very minor issue was resolved. We grew to trust this company and feel our system is safe in their hands. Highly recommend, especially over the “big guys” who you are just a job to before they move on and forget about you. “If I could give you guys a zero I would. Nothing in the contract was Upheld and now I am stuck with a full electric bill and paying for solar panels, which the solar panels do not work. There is no customer satisfaction. I had another ********************** company come to my house and they cant even add solar panels to equal the amount energy coming from my house. When the solar panels were installed, they knew that it was never gonna cover yet they still went into my metal roof installed the solar panels. Insulation was never installed in my attic, which was promised, which would help with the efficiency of the house being cold. The owner never returnsphone calls or emails. I was told my electric bill if I had one would be paid never have I received any money in regards tomy electric bill that I continue to get every month. “Sunbright Solar was very responsive to my need, when my inverter went out. The professionalism and courteous manner in which they treated me was excellent. It was followed by Dustin, who was the technician that replaced my inverter.
