Sundial Solar Services review

Positive reviews:

“We had Arun come out and install solar heat for our pool. He was timely, informative, thorough, and priced competitively. He explained to us the difference in the panels, went over the function of how our system worked once completed, and was quick to fix a warranty issue (not due to his workmanship it was a defective part) we had some months later. Doing business with Sundial and Arun will not disappoint.” – t.comenole ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 5, 2021

“After nearly six (6) months of estimates, research, and quotes we decided to go with Sundial Solar and could not be happier. Arun is patient, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and fair in pricing. Another company quoted us nearly $15,000 over for outdated battery technology and cheaper panels. Our solar project included a solar water heater, whole house solar panel with battery back up. The quality of work was complimented by our neighbor who is a retired electrician. We highly recommend Arun and the Sundial Solar team for their professionalism, knowledge, quality of product and work, after project customer support, and fair pricing.” – hepcat138 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 9, 2021

Positive reviews:

“Developed a leak on our solar water heater. Saw all of the good on-line reviews for Sundial, so gave them a call. Answered the call quickly and was able to schedule a visit first thing the following morning. Showed up on time, provided a quick diagnosis and quote for replacing one of the valves that developed a leak. Pricing was reasonable, the work was done quickly, and I received a thorough explanation of the work. Also provided me some recommendations for my system setting and tested the temperature sensor. Definitely will keep their number for my future solar needs.” – Robert H. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 8, 2018

“Best solar company in town. Arun was prompt and very professional. The prices are very hard to beat and we have the nicest solar panels on the block!!! We’ve lived in our home for 3 years and never used the pool until sundial solar rescued us! Thanks a million from our whole family!!” – Kimberly P. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 8, 2016

Negative reviews:

“Terrible customer service. Know one ever answers the phone and they won’t return your call. As of today you can’t even leave a message as a recording says the voice mail is not setup.” – Cathy M. ⭐☆☆☆☆ January 2, 2021

Positive reviews:

“With everyone looking into green energy, it’s no wonder why there are so many solar companies out there. But if you want the best, you have to call Sundial Solar. There’s no one else that I would trust and once you call, you’ll see why. 10 out of 10, would totally recommend.” – Jim P ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 20, 2024

“After researching multiple solar companies, I found Sundial and couldnt be happier. I had an amazing experience with this company; very professional service through and through. Positive reviews:

“Would give him 10 stars if possible. Arun is great. He provides excellent customer service and very personable. He has done for me previously, as a result I called him because the bottom of my filter housing unit was leaking. My pool cleaner called a service repair company for a quote and was quoted in excess of $400.00 with a waiting period of over a week. I called Arun instead. He said to check the O-ring to make sure it had not slipped. Pool service rep checked it. Arun was correct. Issue was solved. I asked Arun to bill me at least for his time but he declined a payment. Very honest and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend him for any pool equipment repair work and/or solar system issues.” – Ray Sanchez ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 2026

“Sundial Solar Services are the best solar company in town. Whenever I have an issue or need a repair, they are there to help me. Even though it’s been over three years since they installed my system. If you want to work with a company that treats you like family, look no further than.” – Asher Farkash ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 2026

Negative reviews:

“I accepted their estimate to remove and then re-install a solar hot water panel for a new roof. Since the new roof would be at a different pitch, they wanted to contact the roofer to coordinate, and said they would let me know if the roofer had any problem with their proposed method. After not hearing from them, I called – twice – and was told they had not been able to contact the roofer yet, but assured me they would get the work done in time. With only two business days before the roofer arrived, I called and had to leave a message – no reply until the day before the roof work, when I had already paid another company an extra $250 to remove the panel on short notice.” – Steve Tonjes ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2021

“ISSUE WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CONVERSATION WITH COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND APOLOGIES FOR NOT RESPONDING SOONER. In April 2023 Sundial removed old solar panels and re installed new ones once the roof was replaced. There has been a leak at one of the pipes coming from roof for over 2 weeks now and after leaving 3 voicemail for Sundial, I have not received a return call. I am Very disappointed with the company’s customer service, or lack of.” – June Jeffrey ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ 2024
