“I’ve had solar panels installed in my backyard over a year ago and have yet to break even with my electrical bill. I pay $211 for my solar loan that is $57,000 which will be paid off in 24 years…. I had no problem with that because that’s what I was already paying from the electrical company. The problem is I still get a bill from the electrical company. My August bill came to 98 dolars. So then you add them both up and it comes to 300 I’m paying a month. Also, this is August, a summer month. I’m paying more than I have ever paid now! At this point I’m just ranting. I doubt this company still exist. Their website link brings you to a completely different solar company…. There’s no way to track the production of my solar either. There’s no app, website etc. I can go on about poor installation and over all experience but you already get that from everyone else’s comments. “Zeo Energy has been great. The install went really well and was done quicker than anticipated. The people are a joy to work with and they are very communicative throughout the process. Something I would change however are:They need an app or website for payments. I would feel better having the peace of mind that I can monitor my account and make additional payments on my own. This is something I wish I knew ahead of time because it’s a huge stressor for me and I probably would have chosen a different solar company for this reason alone. “They came and told me all the things they could do for me. Told me the set up and the panels will go up with no cost. Well before the 10 days were up after doing my research (which I should of done before I signed), I canceled which they said you can cancel before 10 days are up and it will not cost you. Well on the 5th day I called them up and told them I am canceling the contract. They said they are sorry to hear that and wish I would stay on. I told them no and told them there was way too much complaints about you guy on reddit, X, REMOVED, and other social media. After that I hung up. well 2 months later they wanted to go on and put up the panels and I Told Them NO!!!!! I told them I canceled on the 5th day before the 10 days!!!! They asked me who I talked to and I told them I Talked to someone in your company!!!! I told them go and listen to your recordings for t!hat day I canceled. They always say they record your calls. “I am filing a complaint regarding repeated unwanted solicitation by Zeo Energy representatives at my home.Despite having clearly visible No Soliciting, No Trespassing, and Do Not Ring Doorbell signs posted, Zeo Energy representatives have repeatedly come to my property and rang the doorbell/knocked.This has occurred multiple times, including on March 25, 2026. Their actions demonstrate a clear disregard for posted signage and my request for privacy.This behavior is disruptive to my household and family, particularly as it disturbs my child and daily routine. I’ve witnessed colleagues being let go after paying part of their rent, which is alarming. Despite their claim of a drama-free policy, this place is anything but that. The disorganization starts at the top – the managers need to actually manage. If you don’t fit the mold or aren’t part of the clique, you won’t last long here. You might even find yourself deeper in debt. They dangle promises of high earnings but frequently change the rules to favor their own profit over the employees. He called from late January until today and left voice mails asking that I call him so he can help me. Life kept happening and my plan to call kept failing. “This has been one of the most frustrating processes I’ve experienced! I cancelled an appt for the install due to my work schedule 5 days prior to the appt yet they still sent the pallet of panels to my house. The delivery guy left it on the curb of my driveway, in the street. I called 2 hours later when I realized it was delivered. We had a huge snow storm coming and it needed to be moved to my backyard or picked up. This was 9 days ago!! We’ve had 3 storms since, and can barely fit in my driveway. The first day after the snow, we couldn’t even park in our driveway. I’ve talked with 5 didn’t reps and the superior of those reps. I’ve heard the name Nichole, who is in charge of scheduling the deliveries, but have yet to hear from her. The reps are very kind and professional and take great notes of our conversations- but there’s zero follow through from anyone above them.
