“After a lot of research and reading reviews, we chose Sunergy to install solar panels on our house (in NH) this past December. Our local Sunergy rep, John Parlatore, was very nice and very helpful and responsive. He and the Sunergy team did a great job of helping us decide how many panels to install (24 in our case) and put together a very detailed presentation, including accurate 3D modeling of our house and the proposed installation, datasheets of the panels and inverters and a price breakdown. Communication with John was excellent, as he would respond promptly to a phone call or a text if I had a question. (As a retired engineer, I had a lot of questions!) I found the company very easy to work with, and they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Sunergy handled all the legwork of getting permits and communicating with our local building inspector and our electrical utility company. The Sunergy installation team was awesome, and the whole installation went very quickly and smoothly, despite the cold weather. We felt very confident, knowing that they had all done this many times before. Our panels are now “”live”” on the grid even sooner than we had anticipated. The app that’s provided to allow us to monitor the output of our panels in real-time is really cool and easy to use. “This is the third home I’ve owned where I’ve had solar panels installed on the house, so I had useful experience from which to draw while selecting Sunergy for my most recent solar panel installation. I found the staff at Sunergy to be very knowledgeable and professional in the approach to both sales and installation. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and phone calls promptly returned. All deadlines were met under difficult weather conditions while attention to detail and aesthetics was carefully followed. Customer service is outstanding. One year after the initial installation of seventeen panels, I called Sunergy with a request to add four more to( my rooftop array. Despite being solidly booked with new and large installation projects, following the sharp increase in the electric rates, my small request for the four panels was given priority since I was an existing customer. The new panels were added within a few weeks. I was really impressed. Two year’s out I remain highly satisfied with my decision to go with Sunergy. They’ve remained available to me if needed, if only to answer a simple question. When it comes to a large household expenditure like the solar panels, you want to work with a company that demonstrates a high level of competence and integrity. “I just had a solar system built at my house at 1 Lemay Way in North Chelmsford, MA and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! After a whole month of analyzing three firms, Sunergy Solutions, Sunrun and Trinity Solar. I can honestly state that Sunergy Solutions was the obvious winner in every regard. Everything was awesomely smooth from start to end. My salesperson Brandon was very professional, knowledgable and a joy to deal with. He took the time to answer all my questions, explaining the procedure in depth and making sure that I was entirely at ease at every point. His attentiveness and attention to detail really set the standard. I have a 5.22 kw system installed, with 12 Q.Tron BLK MG2 panels with IQ8M inverters for each panel to account for 118 percent of my energy demand.
