Sunlink Solar Energy, LLC review

Positive reviews:

“i highly recommend Sun link solar energy. I had to replace my roof. Sun link worked with roofing company and remove the solar panels and reinstall them in a timely manner. Racheal called the solar company and get a part covered by warranty. Racheal has good customer service skills and knows how to get the job done. I will be calling Sun link again.” – Cynthia H. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ November 27, 2024

“Charlie at Sunlink does a great job: fast, reliable, reasonable pricing. He has just replaced my pool’s solar controller and the resulting installation is quite an improvement over the work done by another company. I’m very happy to recommend Sunlink. Richard B.” – Richard B. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 17, 2025

“Sunlink installed a new pool heater on our roof about 6 weeks ago, and it works great. This replaced a similar system that ECS installed on our roof >12 years ago. A lot of roofers complain that these systems damage shingles and cause leaks, but that has not been our experience. After 12 years, one of the bolts on our old system did seem to cause a minor roof leak, but the system worked great, and one minor leak in 12 years (on a pretty old roof) does not seem so bad. It was still working fine, but we had to replace our roof anyway (it was 25 years old), and it seemed better to buy a new heating system than to remove and reinstall the old one. The new system that Sunlink installed has better hardware and seems more leak-proof than the one from ECS, so I am optimistic that we will have no issues. I guess there are some poorly-installed and leaky systems out there, which may lead to the negative comments by some roofers. But in our experience, these systems work great, and I have a very positive impression of Sunlink. Charlie (the owner) has been doing this for a long time. He is knowledgeable, and he was easy to work with to design a system that we are happy with. He did the installation along with one experienced technician. They are courteous and professional. I have no hesitation to recommend them.” – Jeremy Lichstein ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2025
