“We installed Solar panels from Sunshine Solar on Long Island. It worked for awhile but now there is no hot water coming out of the outlets even on the sunniest, hottest day. The water is the same temperature without the solar panels. And support is a joke. First off when they winterize your system for $125 they don’t drain the pipes unless your home watching them. And if something breaks, they’ll come in about 2 weeks and then not come back and not fix the problem. They are a nightmare to deal with especially Terry in the office. “Be careful and make sure that everything is on writing because they will try to call you and promise you a good deal and that it cant be on writing and they don’t tell you that in order to get it up and running you need to have Home owners insurances but if you are on a fix income and don’t have insurance then you are loss ..Off the record Dan told me that he will make me a deal that it will cost $22,000 with a battery back in September and we started to continue on January then mention that he cant have it on writing till we get the loan and start the process of the Permits and now that is almost done he said we didn’t agree on battery…and he charge me over $35,000and Panel’s are install under a tree that he also said he will have it cut and now saying no.” – beberay ⭐☆☆☆☆ May 10, 2021

They you have to pay $175.00 to blow out the lines. I’m averaging a lot of money to run this and no one calls you back when you need them. Super dissatisfied with this company. “First, the technology sucks. It doesn’t work how it’s explained. My mom down the block has the same size pool and her pool was just as warm as mine from the sun alone then mine with the solar. It is a waste of money. This is on the level of ‘used car salesman’ or ‘selling salt to a slug’ actual garbage.Next. The company sucks. When you call the company for issues. They just want to disagree with you. You tell them a problem they some how explain how it’s your fault. Ok so sorry I am the problem clearly, what can i do to make this work better? They have no answer, I say ok I’ve had this for a few months and I HATE IT I do not want it. What are my options. 0 nothing. No other option other then continuing to stare at this piece of shit in my yard for the next 100 years of my life. I’m sure next this company will be trying to sell Arbonne. Do not waste your money. “Please beware of this company. If you contract with them, make sure you keep all correspondences and your bill of sale in a safe place for any future needs. If you already had a solar system installed by them, make sure you can find your contract and bill of sale and keep them in a safe place. Also, do your research on the materials and installation they plan to use. Contact the manufacturer for the product manual and installation guide. “Very bad attitude, including installer and office people. We ordered this so we can go green and they came to install after 2 and half months to install. Installer had so bad attitude and he install wrong way, when we called the company and sent them pictures they said he will come back and fix it. They went to my backyard without asking me and when I called the company after a week that why they did not fix it yet and she said they came already and fixed it ( without even knowing me ). Now it’s two months already but system doesn’t work and I called them hundreds of time that it’s not working after spending 10k, water is not hot at all and now my kids school is starting soon and they sent guys and he said transformer is burnt and will come back next day to install new one. Two weeks no one showed up and workers were behaving me like they are doing a favor to me.
