“I can’t thank Kobi and Ron enough for all their work in getting my solar panels installed. Kobi walked me through the process back in May, and was patient through getting my HELOC approved and multiple barriers from HOA. They were both extremely communicative and answered every email or text within hours. I got three different bids, and ultimately selected SunSolar US for their knowledge on working with LADWP and an extensive yelp review search. Kobi ensured I was getting the right number of panels to cover my historical power usage. Never tried to upsell me into more panels if they weren’t necessary. Kobi also has an engineering background, so rest assured he knows his stuff. I’m particularly grateful for his education around compliance regulations of having three feet of clearance around the meter. This was required by LADWP to replace my old meter. My HOA was adamant on me paying for my own landscapers and submitting weeks worth more of paperwork to remove bushes around my meter. If it weren’t for Kobi, I would not have been able to inform my HOA of the compliance standards and it saved me weeks delays and landscaping costs.
