He designed our panel array so that it was not visible from the street to maintain the curb appeal of our home and sized it perfectly for our needs. His team ensured that we had all the paperwork needed for rebates and credits in a timely manner. The only delay was with the installation as we had to wait for Energized Electric for that. We felt the communication was great with SunState Solar but not as good with Energized Electric. “I recently bought a house with a solar system previously installed by SunState Solar and I’ve been extremely impressed so far. They made first contact by physical mail when their remote monitoring noticed our inverter failed. When I contacted them, Ian already had a replacement ordered and did a great job replacing it 10 days later. The installers took time to answer our questions and explain what they were doing and why, and what next steps would be. There were issues with a manufacturing defect in one of our components and SunState kept us informed daily about the status of the replacement, and came immediately after receiving it to install it.
