“Kirk and his staff have done a great job of making my off grid home in the mountains above Girdwood Alaska run just perfect. Kirk the owner flew me to his off grid home in Alaska and showed me his wind and solar as well as batteries and his generator to give me an idea of how it all fit together and how to run the systems. Kirk installed an Outback Inverter system (7K) and a 8K Northern Lights Generator with a 24 volt battery bank and Solar Panels with a 60 amp charge controller. The owner and his employees were professional and very patient with me in explaining how everything worked and even took phone calls on the weekend to help me understand the system better! “Unprofessional, dishonest, tries to sell used parts as new. Does not really live off grid as he claims only has a cabin off grid. Undersizes systems, uses wrong electrolyte in batteries, leaves you hanging on install. Will not bid because he is not licensed, bonded, and insured, only does time and material then overbills. Charges you for him to learn on the job and build his boxes wrong. Uses hokey tools for dangerous install and expects you to help while he bills full rate. Was sued for these practices. He found that the problem was actually a grounded wire running inside the camper!
