I have spent my whole life in the military and truly believe in hard work and honor and I have deep faith in God. Dan showed up on my doorstep a complete stranger and returned my wallet which had fell off of car after chemo treatment which is from cancer I got in IRAQ. It isn’t curable but that’s ok because the lord continues to bless me with good people in my life. “3 years ago I had solar put on my house and my roof replaced since when I bought it I was told there was some plywood that was bad. I told the head guy and he assured me he would take care of it. Last fall I noticed the roof was starting to buckle in the same spot. I contacted Dan and he emailed me saying it is something they should look at and is there access. That was the last communication I had. I have been emailing and calling ever since with no reply. Last week I had an inspection since we are selling and my newish roof failed inspection. “We spent a significant amount of money on a roof expecting quality workmanship and customer service. Unfortunately, just a few months after the installation, our siding is already falling off in areas where they worked.The most disappointing part has been the lack of follow-up. We’ve contacted the company multiple times asking them to come back and fix the issue, but we’ve been repeatedly ignored and our concerns have gone unresolved.A premium roof should come with premium workmanship and customer service. Instead, we’re left dealing with repairs that shouldn’t be necessary so soon after installation WITH NO ONE TO FIX IT.
