“The owner of this company refuses to pay for material she purchased from my company in June of 2024. The owner knows she received the goods and still will not pay. She claims she attempted to pay but we never received any payment. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR BUSINESSES NOT TO HONOR THEIR OBLIGATIONS. Unfortunately we will be forced to sell her debt, and then the collections company can ruin her credit rating. Be leery of business people who cheat their suppliers. “I paid this company February 10th nearly 700 dollars to get a permit in Pima County. The first 4 months went by not hearing from them I called. Found out they lost my file. Told me they would put me at top of list. Four more months go by. Still nothing nor a call back as I’ve left multiple messages. I email them weekly. No response. They’re the only company in Tucson offering this service. I have no other option but to wait. Costing me 300 a month in electricity. My system is 9kw which I own outright. My yearly usage is 6kw. “Poorly. I still have the problem with my water heaters and no one called me today to follow up even though I was told they would. It is terrible trying to communicate with them. If you look back on the complaints against them on Angie’s list, poor communication is often one of the key issues and they do nothing to correct it. “I’m glad others have had a good experience, but the current staff has been completely unprofessional and incapable. Service technician wasted entire service call walking back and forth to his truck (I have video) and accomplished nothing, yet billed for service not rendered. Company has repeatedly failed to return calls from vendor (Enphase) to follow up on open case. Supervisor Jeff lied to my face and assured me he’d get to the bottom of it, then simply dropped the matter without follow-up. Repeated calls and emails to admin staff have gone unanswered. “Boy I sure wish there was a way to leave -5 stars! How do you guys sleep at night? You’re going to try to sell solar to people which is a great idea and could save the world one day potentially but then again you turn around and make everything worse than ever. How is that possible and how big are your egos and paychecks? You guys are absolute frauds. I sure hope you make things right for people. People were promised that their bills would be significantly decreased or even just a little bit and so far none of that has happened and it’s been nothing but a nightmare to deal with you.
