“Our house needed a new roof but we also had 48 solar panels that would have to be removed and then reinstalled. Topp Home was the only company that I found near our location that had good roofing credentials and also an experienced solar installation staff. Working with them was a first class experience. “a salesman came to my house which is something I don’t appreciate. he was very pushy to do a free quote for us. We already received new windows 2 years through a different company. What we had left was 2 giant glass doors out to the sun room that I wanted to make into one large folding door. I explained to the salesman that there is a support beam between the two doors. He told me they could remove the support beam and create a support beam along the top of the doors. When the tech(who was a wonderful man) came to our place for the quote, he told me the company cannot move support beams. I feel as though the sales man lied to fulfill a quota. We blocked out our schedule only for our time to be wasted for an hour. “Overall I had a very good experience with Topp Home. Dan Lupfer quoted the job in an honest, no-nonsense way. They followed through exactly the way it was promised. Mario the foreman kept me in the loop during the job, and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The first crew arrived at 7:30a and cloaked the house in large tarps so as not to damage shrubs and gardens. See photos. My roof is quite large and mansard. 2 hours later it was stripped and cleaned. The ABC truck arrived and off loaded supplies. New roof was completed by 6pm that same day. A large crew that was very well disciplined and efficient.
