“We have had solar panels from Tri State for over 6 years now and we haven’t had a single complaint. The service aspect is incredible. More recently, we had to reroof the house so I had the solar company take down the panels and another roofer reshingled. We had a particularly bad storm and there were leaks. I called Tri State to come and check things out. They came out twice. On the 2nd trip, they sent out a roofing pro to identify every area where the roofer goofed. Very informative walk through of what I could do myself and what I would need to bring up to get warranty coverage. This visit has given me complete piece of mind in the choice to go with tri state in the first place! “I cannot speak to their work because we did not make it that far. This company was recommended by the NYS website. I contacted them for a solar project. They had me submit a $1000 deposit. Everything was smooth until, one of their lenders went bankrupt. I have opt no to proceed with work because I did not want to have my credit pulled again for a new lender and I have other projects.
