“I requested a consultation to install solar panels on my home. My house is almost 2000 square feet with an attached garage that adds even more space for solar panels. The representative took one look at our home via Google Maps (which is several years outdated) and cancelled my consultation due to two trees in the front of the property that I do not plan to remove. Rather than attempting to even come to my house and view it with his own eyes, he disregarded the other 1500+ feet of roof that has full sun a majority of the day. Not a very good sales approach.
