“It was one of the worst experiences. At first Ben seemed like very responsive and someone who is really knowledgeable. He gave a good deal and I let go other deal I got. I was about to sign the contract and wanted him to clarify on something in the contract and wanted him to correct that. Next day he came and said that contract price is now 6K more and he voided the contract. I lost the other deal too because I went ahead with Ben. I completed a roof replacement right before the solar, so I was a little nervous about the penetrations.
