“Me instalaron los paneles solares en Noviembre del 2022 pero el día de la instalación no estaba el material completo aun así lo instalaron prometiendo regresar el día después. Efectivamente el material llegó el día después pero hasta la fecha de hoy no han regresado a instalarme el contorno de los paneles y ya han pasado 5 meses. “Our nightmare started with a third party lier, I was supposed to have a functional system between October-December 2022, now is may 2023 and they keep lying and lying about permits and blaming the county for all of their inability to deliver a functional system, I contacted *****, *******’s supervisor and the lies just keep on going, now I’m liable for a loan on a system that’s not functioning, $389.00 and my electric bill which is over $350.00. I’m considering legal consultation to move forward and take legal action. What a nightmare of a company, another supervisor is supposed to call me tomorrow Monday May 22nd, 2023. “They have not complied with what they promised the service they offered in sale or all false. They told us we were going to get more energy from the Solar panels and its only producing 75% 4 months and they have not fixed the problem with lies every time. “So my system has been installed for a little over a year and I got a message that the gateway is not responding shortly after called Urban solar only for them to tell me I’m on the warranty but there’s going to be a $325 service charge for them to come out and I only have 5 years warranty on the gateway 25 years warranty on the panel and inverter these people are so deceptive and the system underperforms and the price of the complete system was a complete con job and rip-off!!
