After contracting, we were informed that MA regulations had changed and the battery couldn’t go in the available space — no communication about this until they came to look at the site. Valley Solar never returned after the property survey to mark the site or discuss where the array would stand, despite knowing we were very concerned about our view and sight lines. Communication throughout was spotty or nonexistent and invoices arrived without itemization. The technicians who came to do the work were great, but the administrative team and management are seriously lacking.
