It takes two weeks to get a repair technician on site and then he tells us that we bought an old and out dated system. ugh. (Wish that had been made clear during the sales pitch rather than “Hey, we’re going to upgrade you to…”) Repair technician fixes the inverter and then two days later its down again. Which means we’ve been paying full price to the electric company while it’s down. And now we can’t seem to get anyone on the phone to come back and fix it.
