“I had solar panels installed on my property two years ago, expecting to see a reduction in my electricity bill. Unfortunately, my electric costs have remained the same, and to make matters worse, an additional $3,000 has been added to my property taxes for the past two years because of this installation. I’ve tried to contact the company to resolve these issues, but their phone number no longer works. There is no way to reach them for support or clarification. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I feel misled and frustrated after investing in a system that was supposed to save me money but has only increased my expenses. I would not recommend this company to anyone considering solar panels. “Be vary wary of this company!! They do not have any customer service or way of getting support when the system they charged $32k fails. This company use to be Volt Energy but along with the vendors they used, have changed names. AZ Sun Services has also sold out or gone bankrupt. I now have a pricey, reflective pad on my roof that does nothing!! “Beware of using this company. They aren’t knowledgeable on SRP’s rate plans. If the installation is outsourced, you won’t be told about it. If the solar system doesn’t work, ultimately they will find ways to blame you. They just don’t tell you things you need to know – for example, they installed a load controller on my house that was inferior to the one they originally told me I needed. Communication is terrible. I’ve had installers show up completely unannounced, people that i was working with will go dark for weeks on end. I’ve been paying higher electric bills than prior to installing solar. If you are talking to this company, ask hundreds of questions – don’t assume anything, especially that they have your best interest in mind.
