They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, making what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable.Since it was winter, the insurance company had my roof tarped until weather allowed for installation—but the wind kept ripping the tarps off. I had to call Geo and Tyler multiple times to come back out and secure everything to prevent water damage, and they showed up every single time without hesitation.They stayed in constant communication with both me and the insurance company, making the entire process seamless. As soon as the weather cleared enough to replace the roof, they got it done right away. “We had a Wegner salesman give us his sales pitch late this spring. He was pressuring us to close the deal. He was dishonest and conveniently didn’t mention we only had 3 days to cancel the order. We tried for a month to get out of this contract but the company wouldn’t let us. Now they are charging us $5122.00 for ‘administrative fees’. The salesman’s name was Coleton Baker. We met with the office manager and he wouldn’t listen to us either. This company is high pressure and dishonest.
