The experience of just getting the quote felt refreshing compared to other places. I filled out the form, set up an online call, was given a very informative presentation, and was sent the proposal without any pressure on needing to get back to them on proceeding with a yay/nay. After thinking a bit on it and considering other options, we decided to go forward with the project. Kara and Michelle kept in constant communication every step of the way. The entire process took just over four months (paperwork, approvals, inspections, parts delivery, installations). We’re now up and running with solar and are really happy with how things went. Then they refused to do a site visit to answer my questions about installation. Then, after waiting a couple months they told me that I would have less than an hour to review their proposal before a scheduled conversation with their representative. I requested a couple days to review their proposal before discussion, but they refused. Thus, I lost a lot of time and some significant state rebates were lost. After contacting other solar companies they were able to obtain the needed information without my input, and they performed site visits to answer my questions.
