“I called and sent emails requesting a call to discuss an issue with the lender they used for my install. No answer or contact on my inquiry. Also they lied to us about getting money back from the government, to apply towards our loan. The IRS no longer gives back money, they give you a credit deduction which pretty much is absorbed by the standard deduction on the income tax return. “We purchased a home that just had panels installed as the seller had to move unexpectedly & gave us no info. So, we looked to Xando for orientation. From setting up the Enphase App to fixing a small issue, they had us in the loop in no time. I specifically want to thank Ashley Darling who gets a gold star for customer support. She has gone above & beyond! The home is a vacation home & quite a distance from our primary. I contacted her after Hurricane Ian concerned about the panels when power came back on. She sent a tech to my home to reassure me that everything was in working order, giving us peace of mind from far away. Thankfully, nothing budged from our metal roof & panels were perfect. Recently, LCEC raised rates & my neighbors are upset about high bills. My bill consists of fee to be on the power company’s grid… and thats it! We make enough energy to run AC most of the year, daily pool filter & more. We even got a check from power company for extra power produced! “People be aware of this company. We had panels installed on our roof about 1year later our roof started to leak when it rain. Xando did a horrible job. We reached out to them they blocked us and never sent anyone out to repair the problem. We are seeking an Attorney. They are not a good company to deal with. They do not stand behind there work. “We got our solar panels from Xando. One is no longer working and we are contacting them for 2-3 months now with no answers. The phones seem no longer be working. The project manager we used to contact is no longer w the company, neither is the sales person. There is no way to get thru to talk w some one in Xando to have out panel fixed. “Had a leak. Soaked through drywall. Xando said it was the roof not from the solar. The roofer said it was from the solar. The roofer took pics of the leak. After our first experience from the tech from xando, and the cursing and swearing he did when he was previously here, I had the roofer seal up the leak where it bolted in the truss.
