“Yes Solar Solutions had the best price of the four companies that I sought quotes from, which is why I selected them. The installation was performed without any problems. However, just after my panels were installed, my salesman left the company. That’s when the service quality and communication declined and I felt like I was a burden to them. When I had concerns about the network wire, that connected to my router, was being routed on the exterior of my home instead of being fed under my vinyl siding, I was informed that I would be charged for an additional service call because my home was located so far from their headquarters! I also discovered that I had to personally request the Duke “rebate” because they didn’t provide that service?
