I have tried for 5 months to get them to address the problem as the panels or system must not be working properly but they refuse to do anything or send someone out. they literally do not care. I would never recommend them to anyone. My friends all got solar at the same time with other companies and have no bill at year end and they charge 2 vehicles, run their jacuzzi a lot etc. I don’t. The process started with Connor Smith who assisted with the sale and offered helpful tips, such as having the roof replaced under the same contract (with Cowboy Roofing), and securing a GoGreen loan with reduced interest rate loan provided by California Coast Credit Union. Next, the designer came on-site to take measures, use satelite imaging, etc. Jeff Warren managed the entire project, working along other teams of subcontractors (interior electrical, and stucco) which required flexible scheduling.
