“After reviewing several bids, we went with Greenify Energy Savers for our 24KW solar system. Aaron Parker was great to work with. We were under a tight timeline to be eligible for our power utility’s solar rebate. Aaron got everything together and handled the communications with the power company. The installers are from Benson Electric and the crew was very professional. Due to the pandemic, good social distancing was important. The system was commissioned quickly, and is producing as promised. Thanks to Aaron and Marleen’s careful attention to detail both before and after the sale, with rebates and tax incentives, the system came in at $1.73 per watt. This year I had to put on a new roof and Greenify charged over $5,500 to take off and replace the solar panels. I know they are making a killing off of this and I would look around to find a cheaper company. “I hired this company after meeting with one of the owners, and reading a lot of good reviews. I do want to mention that the guys that work for this company are great, very friendly and professional. I had a blower test done before they did the work by the gas company. After Greenify used caulk and weather-stripping (for a cost of several thousands of dollars), one of the other owners came up, looked at the report from the gas company, and simply wrote in the number that I needed in order to qualify for a rebate. They did not test their work or repeat the blower test. This is a testimonial to the lack of integrity of this company. You could hire someone to do the work that they did for much less. “The concept Greenify has is good, their execution, communication, and quality of skilled staff however is their weakness. My plans had pictures of someone else house. The roof measurements did not match reality and forced another redesign. They look for short cuts, and every contractor they sent out, including their own staff, left a mess. Broken glass in my yard and in my carpet and bedding. Insulation in my lawn and neighbors yard. I have holes in my siding and soffit they refused to fix after they decided their original plan would not work. Conduit exposed, not pretty. Duct sealing clogged ducts. Doors still leak air and are now hard to close. I still have not received my warrantee information in case something breaks. They started the solar install on the wrong house, took out their power and put holes in their siding before those owners realized someone broke into their yard. I would NOT recommend these guys to anyone I cared about. I am surprised they are still in business. His team installed insulation, a radiant barrier and new doors and windows. It has made an immediate difference. Aaron was extremely communicative, very helpful, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. His team got here quickly, worked hard, and was very respectful throughout the house. They blew the insulation right over the entrance and failed to do it properly, now I have to do additional work to make the entrance usable without ruining the effect of additional insulation.
