“They answered questions instantly before being paid. After paying different story. Kept calling telling them my solar water heater didn’t seem right and was told it’s fine. Pump went out on the water heater they replaced it. Told them I still didn’t think it was right made multiple appointments for them to look at it and they didn’t show. Finally 2 years later they found they didn’t hook up the sensor to tell the pump when to turn on and off. Basically I was heating the water in my water heater during the day and since my pump never shut off I’d cool the water in my water heater at night wasting electricity and costing me money.
