What Do Customers Say About the Oregon Solarworks?

solarreviews.com

Positive reviews:

“Since I have a solar thermal unit in the roof, I needed a pole-mounted system, which in turn necessitated engineering and city approval. My system has been up since 2005. It worked exactly as he said it would. It is adjustable, safe, durable, and reliable. Best of all, he still periodically answers my questions when I ask about expanding my existing system. I don’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. He also installed a 3.3 kW roof-mounted system on my parent’s house.” – Bob ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ November 26, 2021

“We approached Solar with a good amount of skepticism because we replaced our roof and had to decide if we would renew/upgrade the system to today’s standards. Thanks to Kirpal and his team, we choose to update and renew our solar system. Kirpal’s expertise and kind counsel was the deciding factor, giving us the time to reach that conclusion converted us to Solar Power enthusiasts. The quality of the equipment and workmanship is unchallenged and we couldn’t be happier. THANK YOU!!” – Stewart ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 20, 2020

Positive reviews:

“We are not ready to have solar installed yet, but Scott was recommended to us for another project. He was reliable, smart and made sure that the job was done right. He also went out of his way a couple of times to make our project much better and easier for us. We could not have been more pleased with him or his work!” – Nic G. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ February 23, 2019

“Looking for solar installation companies in Oregon in yelp, I found a gaping hole! Kerry at Renewable Energy Systems (AKA Oregon Solar Works) is the BEST. Period.Check out the website!” – Yelper C. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ February 22, 2012

Negative reviews:

“I set up an appointment it was 2 weeks out scheduled for noon my lunch hour. Day before he called and asked if we could do 2:00 I said OK but i would be coming from work and to give me a call when he was heading out no call. I got to my house at 2:06 waited till 2:10 called and asked if we were still on he told me that he waited 5 minutes then left so he would not be late for his next appointment. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to cut trees get a new roof and other things. I told him that other people I had talked to offered to help get that coordinated he told me to ‘use one of them then’. So I am. I am glad I saw how they treat customers before so I was not even more disappointed.” – Bev W. ⭐☆☆☆☆ February 9, 2021

“Seems this company has gone through at least 3 prior owners. I was referred by a local who named a person & the other 2 here on yelp mention 2 other people at different addresses. Spoke with Kirpaul Wed. 5/20/20. He checked his schedule & said: Friday, 5/29/20 @ 1 pm. I said: Perfect. Where I live is cell phone dead zones, so advised him to call from the shopping parking lot to get explicit directions. He arrived at 9 a.m. To my ear ONE sounds nothing like any other hour. He blames me for not answering my phone. I blame him for changing the time. IMO, poor business practices & lacking in Customer Service.” – B A H. ⭐☆☆☆☆ May 31, 2020
