“We worked with Elite through our insurance. The process was too good to be true, and it was true! We worked with Jake who showed up to our consultation on time, in less than 20 minutes I understood GAF products, what color we wanted and how the process would work. They worked with our schedule, contractors showed up 6:30am and were pleasant. They did their best at cleaning the nails, going over places multiple times with the magnet roller. The crew from Elite Roofing is STELLAR! Very professional, competent and friendly group of guys. Every aspect of the project was completed as promised and without any problems. The gutter crew is also STELLAR and equally competent and even designed a system where they replaced our existing gutters that run into rain barrels, by designing removable downspouts and gave us extra length legs to install if we ever decide to remove the rain barrels! Jake was great working with my schedule and getting us a detailed report of the installation process and the products to be used. He gave me his personal work number to reach him anytime and I called or texted him several times to ask questions and discuss options. He always responded in a quick manner. He was very knowledgeable about the products/process and took the time to explain them to me. They were able to complete the project in one day approximately 10 days after we signed the contract. They had a whole team of approximately 10 employees or more and worked like a well-oiled machine. They were efficient and cleaned up well after the project was completed. Jake took pictures via drone throughout the process and sent them to me to keep me updated. Elite Roof and Solar was a little more expensive than some other estimates I received, but I was initially impressed with Elite Roof and Solar’s detailed report and knowledge.
