Patriot Energy Solutions review

Positive reviews:

“I got three different companies to promise me miracles initially and to walk away…too complicated roof. I got Patriot somehow, don’t remember how, to do the job. I didn’t believe them at first! They did it and I got the senior citizen’s discount too.” – BillCisco ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 21, 2019

“George was a great consultant to work with. Explained everything in details. Tax credits and incentives. My system was installed on April 2018. Last 6 months I have $12.82/month bill from PSEGLI. They took care of my permits, electrical inspections and sign off paperwork. So far so good and definitely recommended.” – D. Rohdas ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 18, 2019

“Installation completed 24 months ago and according to DOB it’s yet to be signed off. Owner refuses to fix and return calls. Promised output and actual rate is contradictory.Regret doing business with these unprofessional company. Don’t buy yourself a headache” – Azir ⭐☆☆☆☆ April 10, 2018

Positive reviews:

“It is not often that I write a review but I am so impressed with the level of professionalism that Patriot Energy Solutions displayed; that I would be remiss if I did not. From explaining the process to the initial meeting Sherwin and Ann Marie were kind and knowledgeable. Lucy worked with my to get a timely appointment, and checked in to ensure everything was up to extremely high standards.Once the initial work commenced Timothy and his crew did a meticulous job. I am now sitting in my home, which was not easy to insulate as it has large windows, varying sizes of rooms and is almost 5,000 square feet; and I am very warm and comfortable. Timothy and crew carefully determining the best strategy to maximize the time efficiently and handled my personal belongings with care all while doing a stellar job. Bravo Patriot; in these uncertain times; you are to be commended.” – Karin C. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 21, 2022

“I recently needed a repair to my leaking skylight that was surrounded by solar panels installed 14 years ago by another solar company of which the owner has since died. Patriot Energy efficiently completed the task of removing 4 solar panels that surrounded the skylight on a Friday. Monday morning the roofers came to repair the skylight flashing. Monday night it poured rain (no leak, yay). Tuesday morning Patriot Energy returned to reinstall my 4 solar panels. Very easy, no stress and efficient. Nicole kept in touch the whole time to make sure the project was to my complete satisfaction. Thank you Patriot Energy!!!!!” – Lottie M. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ October 10, 2020

Negative reviews:

“Garbage. Planning a mini split system with them for 3 months. They put a hole in my wall to test for insulation, then didnt even do the job. Got it done by another company in a week.” – Fred W. ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 29, 2026

“What a difference! Thank you Patriot Energy Solutions for a job well done making my home very comfortable. The assessment rep, office staff (Susan, Diana) were extremely helpful throughout the process. The installation crew were very professional, efficient from the beginning to end. “Any issues I have had over work completed by Patriots was fixed in a very timely manner. I did not have any major issues with their work. The couple minor ones fixed were done in a very timely manner and the guys were great. I would recommend them. They were also very clean every time they came.” – Doreen Francese ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ December 2025

Negative reviews:

“After 3 months of them mapping out a hvac/minisplit job for me, their guy Kyle said he either quit or got fired. The company never picked back up to start the job. Even after they left a hole in my wall from THEM “INSISTING” on checking the insulation (which I DIDN’T WANT or ask them about).I hired another company, got MORE rebate amount, and got the job done in a week WITH MORE EQUIPMENT, for the same price. A week, after contacting the other company. Patriot left me hanging.” – Fredrick Whynn ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 2026

“Stay away from this company. They put in solar panels on my home and once i had an issue, they were unable to fix it. I was told to purchase a new $750 unit which I did to be told later that that was the wrong unit, which they could not refund me. I was then told to purchase another $750 unit which they said was the correct unit, they installed it and the system still does not work. I have emailed every team member including the president Mohammad Bouzaidi and I still have not received any response back. Its now been 3 years since I have had it working.” – Saj ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 2026

Average Performer

Patriot Energy Solutions gets the Average Performer badge and works in 1 state, but their third-party ratings don’t go above 4. Local community trust isn’t their strong suit either – their score is 3.8 in our evaluation. This badge means they are somehow reliable, but you need to pay more attention to what they have to offer. While Patriot Energy Solutions may not lead the pack, they are certainly recognized for their capacity to meet a broad range of solar installation needs with commendable customer satisfaction. When considering this solar installer, you can add Patriot Energy Solutions to your list as a lower priority and one that requires additional research before you decide to work with them.
