What Do Customers Say About the Hightower Electric LLC?
Positive reviews:
“I called this morning because we were having an issue with a breaker tripping and figured I would make an appointment for this week. Jason told me he could have someone out between 3 & 5 pm. Dan called me around 3 pm and said he would arrive in about an hour. The breaker need to be replaced and they tightened up the other loose connections. Quick service, excellent communication, friendly staff, upfront pricing, and I will call Hightower Electric for any of our future electrical needs! I highly recommend this company!!” – Norma A. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ December 9, 2019

Negative reviews:
“I call Hightower Electric LLC to repair a light in the garage they charge $180.00 an hour. When they get here they don’t have the part that I need I told the guy that I will go to try to get it for them and I can’t find that part I when back and I ask if they can charge me for half hour since they don’t have the part they say no and they charge me the $186.30 for nothing. Hungry company they don’t care about customer” – Antonio F. ⭐☆☆☆☆ November 14, 2022
“We Called them out to our house for a short they came out replaced three switches with a trainee spent about 1/3 of the time teaching which I’m not sure why the owner would need to pay for teaching time. Said they ran out of parts and would have to come back charged us $500 and said they wanted an additional $1,000 to finish the job but they never came back however it turned out to be a good thing I looked at their work two of the switches were cracked that they installed I had to re-replace them and I found the original short within 20 minutes cost $10 to fix and 30 minutes of my time” – Jonathan T. ⭐☆☆☆☆ June 20, 2020
Positive reviews:
“I am over 70 years old and have owned many houses and dealt with many contractors. Jason is the best electrician yet. He has been servicing my current home since 2006. I have never had to pay him for a “redo”. Some contractors don’t do it right the first time and try to charge for a second call. If you want it done once and done right, Hire him and forget future aggravation.” – Jean J. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 2023
“At first the project went not so good. The electrician at hand was new and could not find a solution for an electric problem in the ceiling fan. So I called the owner Jason Hardee. He came over the next day and solved the problem. Great service. Jason is very skillful and a hard working honest man. I would highly recommend his business for any electric project on your list. Thanks Jason.” – Walter V. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ October 2015
Negative reviews:
“Jason submitted a bid for the job which I accepted. Unfortunately he came with an untrained, unlicensed helper, which added a lot of extra time that I was billed for because of many fixes that had to be done to the helpers work. In the end I was charged approximately $600 more than what was initially quoted. Also he didn’t bring enough parts for the job. I offered to get the parts from the store while he was working. I was never credited for the approximately $427 on parts I spent.” – Mark P. ⭐⭐☆☆☆ June 2015
Positive reviews:
“I am doing a project in phases at my home. Jason has been excellent working with me. We had a few orders that were wrong and I had to cancel a few times due to this issue. He was very helpful in rescheduling the job. His crew is awesome. Dan is a top notch customer service guy. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. And the prices are reasonable. All around good down home local businesse.” – Kathy Blankenship ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 4, 2026
“Jason was very knowledgeable and clear with his explanations of the necessary work & the options available. His team was also reliable, courteous and hard working. Would highly recommend & hire again.” – Mary M ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 2026
Negative reviews:
“After I called them and set up an appointment for a Monday they called to reschedule it for Tuesday I called to see where the person was, to only be told can they reschedule again, we reschedule for Friday he finally showed up told me I should receive an email with the quote on Monday well 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received anything. They lost a client still looking for an electrician….” – G Allen ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2019
“Did a horrible job would not recommend. Had lights put inside and on my porch. They were off center. They did not add a new breaker so my Christmas lights pop the breaker so I can’t put lights up no more. Again horrible job would not recommend to anyone.” – Ralph cameo ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2017
