“It’s too bad that this website does not allow pictures because my review will not do this statement of transparency any justice. Kelvin Keith of All Solar Energy Inc. was hired by Apex Roofing to remove my solar panels for roof installation and reinstall them afterwards. He failed to secure the panels and protect them from the elements by placing them on the dirt where they toasted on their sides and developed all types of stains and discoloration on them. Additionally, he left all of his trash (heavy beams and old metal parts) all over my yard without mentioning it. When he called on August 20, 2024 to reinstall, I told him not to because they no longer work and told him that as the homeowner, he is not authorized to reinstall them back on my roof. he said OK and said he would call me back and never did. When I got back in town, I discovered that he got crawled on my roof and installed them anyway, and they are not even straight and look like a horrible job that he threw together. I am appalled at all of the above, when companies like AllSolar Energy Inc are so unprofessional and so unethical breaking laws, and ignoring what the homeowner allows on their property, and doesn’t even bother to clean up his mess that I have no equipment to remove. “In cooperation with my contractor, I am very pleased with the services provided by All Solar. They removed the pool panels for my roofing contractor and placed back. They did find a leak in one panel and patched it up. Panels are 17 years old and handled with care. Communication was excellent and they know what they are doing. Very pleased. “Slick, used car salesman approach. Sold on state and federal tax benefits, electric bill savings. Tax incentives are as stated, energy savings are exaggerated. Installation was badly botched, flooding ensued. The company refused to take responsibility, as I could not ‘prove’ my assertion that they were culpable, I am left with about $1500 damage to the walls in my garage. I still believe solar water heat is a good idea, if you feel the same, go elsewhere for the service. I find I am unable to add this business or review without at least one star. “AllSolar Energy removed the roof top solar system prior to a roof replacement and then reinstalled the roof top solar system. The work was not done properly and there was a roof system leak that they refused to fix or even look at when brought to their attention. I was told there was only a one month guarantee on the re-install and despite my pool company identifying the roof leak within that time frame they did not come to check it out or inform me why after making an appointment to come check it out.
