8MSolar Solar review

Positive reviews:

People have good things to say about 8MSolar’s responsiveness, quality, value, and service. One homeowner said 8MSolar gave them the best price quote, designed a system that checked all their boxes, and got it installed as quickly as permits allowed. Another customer, five months in, was happy with how flexible 8MSolar was when they wanted to make changes or had special requests.

Positive Reviews:

Customers liked the company’s professionalism and expertise. The solar panels performed better than expected. Installation went smoothly with careful attention to details. People were impressed by how clean the installation looked—no ugly wires hanging around. The sales experience, prices, timing, quality of installation, and follow-up assistance all garnered perfect scores.

People liked that 8MSolar was professional, showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. Customers particularly loved how helpful the staff was at every step of the way.

Good Things:

• Really Good Communication: People praised the company for how effectively they communicated, how quickly they answered questions or concerns, and how often they did it on the same day.
• People said that the people who installed it were professional, quick, talented, and meticulous with their job. One customer noted a “clean” installation where most of the wiring was hidden (run through a pipe from the attic to the crawl space) so the panels looked like they belonged on the house.
• Good Value: The company was picked for having the “best price” and being “affordable.” One client who had been there before said the prices were exactly what they anticipated ($2.50 per watt) and yet quite cheap.

Negative Aspects:

• Some Equipment Issues: The only problem mentioned was an ongoing communication issue between the Gateway and the inverter.
• Needed Follow-Up: While the issue got fixed eventually, the customer had to deal with an “ongoing issue” before the company reached out with a “permanent solution” to fix the “hardware glitch.” (Worth noting: this communication problem didn’t stop the solar panels from generating power.)

Positive reviews:

Customers liked how professional, on time, and well-installed the work was. People also liked how open the firm was about prices and how they sold things. One customer mentioned the solar panels performed even better than they expected. Another was satisfied with how 8MSolar guided them through everything from getting quotes to flipping the system on.
