Sunlux review

What People Love:

• They Really Take Care of You: SunLux has built quite a reputation for going above and beyond with their customer service. People genuinely feel taken care of throughout the entire process.
• They Don’t Cut Corners on Equipment: The company works exclusively with the best manufacturers and suppliers in the business, which means you’re getting equipment that’ll actually last.
• Working with the Big Names: As Platinum and Elite dealers for LG and Panasonic, they’re able to offer solid warranty coverage that gives customers real peace of mind.
• People Actually Like Them: Look across any major review site and you’ll see SunLux consistently getting great ratings from happy customers.
• Your Roof Won’t Look Weird: Their systems use all-black panels and sleek mounting hardware that actually looks good on your house—not like some eyesore bolted to your roof.
• They’re Big Enough to Partner with Major Brands: Recently landed an exclusive deal with LA Dodgers radio, which says something about their standing in the industry.

Where They’re Falling Short:

• Some Systems Aren’t Performing as Promised: A few customers have run into problems where their system just isn’t producing what they were told it would. One person specifically mentioned their panels never hit the energy output that was promised during the design phase, which is frustrating.

The Good Stuff:

• People really respect how professional and knowledgeable the installation teams are.
• Pretty much everything gets high marks—the sales experience felt good, pricing matched what was quoted, they showed up when they said they would, the installation work was solid, and they stuck around to help afterward.
• One homeowner in Temecula went out of their way to mention how pleasant the staff was and how everything just flowed smoothly from start to finish.

The Not-So-Good:

• Someone in Santee had a rough time getting help after their installation.
• Even after throwing 5 more panels on their roof, they were still dealing with crazy high electric bills and couldn’t get anyone to help them figure out what was going on.

What’s Working:

• Reviewers keep coming back to how professional everyone is and how well things are done.
• The whole experience—from first contact through installation and beyond—gets solid praise.
• Multiple people commented on how efficiently things moved along during both planning and installation.

What’s Not:

• Some folks felt pretty abandoned once the installation was done.
• More than a few people are scratching their heads about why their electric bills are still so high even after adding more panels.

Happy Customers Say:

• People appreciate that SunLux really explains things thoroughly, keeps communication clear, and actually responds when you reach out.
• A lot of customers mentioned feeling comfortable and confident in their decision to go with them.
• One person in Chicago basically said “where have you been all my life?” after working with them.
• Someone from Vista, CA felt supported every step of the way.

Unhappy Customers Say:

• Installation took longer than expected for some folks.
• There’s worry among some customers that their systems just aren’t making enough power to actually bring down their bills.

Thumbs Up:

• Several people liked how thorough the company was in explaining everything, being upfront about details, and staying in touch. It helped them feel good about moving forward.

Thumbs Down:

• Some installations dragged on longer than they should have.
• There’s concern that some systems aren’t generating enough electricity to really make a dent in utility costs.
• That same customer from Santee pops up again mentioning problems with getting help after everything was installed.

The Wins:

• People appreciate the detailed explanations, straightforward communication, and quick responses to questions.
• Most customers felt pretty confident and comfortable throughout.
• An Austin homeowner specifically called out their good experience.

The Losses:

• Some installations ran behind schedule.
• There’s uncertainty about whether the systems are actually going to deliver the savings that were promised.
• A customer in Rancho Cucamonga wasn’t happy with how they were treated after installation.

What’s Good:

• Customers value getting thorough information, having clear communication, and being able to reach someone when they need help.
• The company did a good job earning people’s trust.

What’s Bad:

• Some jobs took longer to finish than planned.
• People have questions about whether their systems are producing enough energy to really cut their bills.
• That Santee customer’s post-installation support issues come up again.

The Praise:

• People consistently mention how professional and capable the crews are.
• Everything from the sales conversation to the final installation and follow-up support gets positive feedback.
• A Temecula resident made a point to mention the friendly team and how smoothly everything went.

The Criticism:

• The Santee customer’s situation really stands out—they added 5 panels trying to fix their high bills, but when they needed help figuring out what was wrong, they just couldn’t get the support they needed from SunLux.
