“Find someone else. They seem like nice people but once they have your money you are in the rear view mirror. Twice my solar broke down for almost two months each time, of coarse during July Augus. They fixed both times but I requested compensation for my true up. They kept saying that they would get back to me. they never did. Now I have a panel that’s not producing. “We were all set to go and give them our business. We liked them in all aspects, their communication being the most impressive. Once we noticed some discrepancies in the financing their communication was non existent. We were almost tricked into an add-on interest loan. Rendering recasting our loan in the future useless. “Buyer beware!!!They installed this solar water heater in my fathers home about 7 years ago. It does not function properly and I have left several messages for service. If they answer they are so nice and helpful but nobody ever calls me back. This system can only be serviced by them. What a scam!!! Oh and don’t get me started on the coat of it all… crazy to think they can take you for that much money and then never call you back when it’s having an issue….
