“Brought them on for a solar repair that took over a year to do and multiple visits kept them after the roof started leaking. They built a huge claim to get my house fixed claiming it was so i got everything i needed paid for and then did 1/4 of the work but demanded the whole insurance payment. “We had blue sky install a complete PV system with generac generator backup for a rural property that is susceptible to grid power outages.When tied to the grid, the system works as intended. If the power goes out, nothing works. The generator has literally never kicked on during an outage, EVER. The only time it runs is during its scheduled weekly exercise period wasting our propane. But never when it is actually needed. I’ve reached out about getting them to get it to work properly, they couldn’t be bothered bc it’s too far away to trouble shoot. They have had several opportunities to fix it but did very little after being paid in full. Their warranty is worthless, their workmanship is garbage. “November 2023 Assisted a customer with the acquisition of a property in which this firm rebuilt the roof. Unfortunately the roofer never told us that the inverter for the solar panels was not working after the panels were taken down and put back up. We then learned the repair may have been reimbursed by filing a supplementary invoice with insurance, but this was not done.
